1) Scope & Key Facts

Applies to purchases and bookings made via shigeshome.com or directly with us while operating from Los Angeles, CA.

Services include: Monthly Social Media Management (subscription) and one-time services (e.g., shoots, sessions, consulting).

Time zone: All timing rules use America/Los_Angeles (LA Time).

2) Payment Model & Methods

Prepaid in full for all services (monthly and one-time). Work/scheduling begins after we receive payment.

Stripe (primary): Cards and other Stripe-supported methods.

Check payments: Accepted for both monthly and one-time services. Start/continuation occurs after the check clears. If returned/NSF, we may pause service until resolved.

Prices in USD. Any taxes/fees shown at checkout or on the invoice.

3) No Refunds (All Sales Final)

We do not offer refunds or credits for any reason, including cancellation, late arrival, or no-show.

No pro-rata refunds on the monthly plan. We commit resources and scheduling upfront.

4) Cancellations — Monthly Plan (Social Media Management)

Cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

No refunds / no partial credits for the current month.

How to cancel: email or the Contact form only (see §7). Phone/DM not accepted.

5) Cancellations & Rescheduling — One-Time Services

One free reschedule (1x) if you contact us at least 7 full days before the scheduled start time (LA Time).

Requests inside 7 days do not qualify.

Reschedules depend on mutual availability; specific dates/times are not guaranteed.

If you cancel, arrive late, or do not attend (no-show), the booking is forfeited and no refund is issued.

6) Failed/Delayed Payments

If a Stripe charge fails or a check is returned/NSF, we may pause services until payment is resolved.

Resolution delays may shift timelines/delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by non-payment or late payment.

7) How to Notify (Required Channel & Timing)

We apply LA Time to determine whether a request meets the 7-day threshold.

We may request confirmation of receipt and basic details to locate your booking (name, email, booking date/time, order/invoice).

8) Information Needed to Process Requests

Provide your name, email, the scheduled date/time, and order/invoice details.

We do not require sensitive personal information to process cancellation or reschedule requests.

9) Accessibility & Language

We aim for clear language and accessible presentation (strive for WCAG 2.2 AA where feasible).
